A lovely break away, it was quiet at this time of the year.

Pool and spa facilities were amazing. The pool was always clean and well maintained. The spa was a lovely touch and great that all residents at the hotel could use it at all times. The added heated pool was great for this time of year.

We did find ants in our room, while we were staying at this hotel and found this off putting. The food served at dinner time in the hotel we found to be of a poor quality and we dined out most evenings on our stay.

Amazing place with delicious food and fabulous entertainment for kids and adults. Great thank you for entertainment team especially for Jordi ,Valentina and of course Roberto. You have made our days. Halloween party was unbelievable. Photo of bloody pool attached Kids enjoyed spa ,swimming pools .Location is 100m to the beach .There was always a parking space. Family friendly hotel with lots of families around.

Great location by beautiful beach. The food options were very good. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. We loved the spa. We've been back a few times and will go back again. We really liked the friendly staff too.

Beautiful location for a beach vacation, and affordable too!

We were very pleased with the size of our room and the good condition of the furniture and facilities. The temperature of the room was very nice and the little kitchen had just what we needed to make up a breakfast or lunch for some of our days. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The outdoor pools were a bit disappointing, one was too warm to swim lengths in, and the other pool was too cold. Not a big deal, but I was hoping to swim laps while I was there.

Great value for money hotel with friendly staff

Great value for money! Hotel located few minutes away from the beach, plenty of parking space around, decent food and helpful staff.

Night shows were too loud. Would be great to invest into the sound-proof windows. Extra fee for beach towels.

Stay here! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Hotel!! I can’t speak high enough of the staff at this hotel, they were excellent. From minute one of my stay till saying goodbye the friendliness and attention to detail from each and everyone of them is to be applauded. The hotel is spotlessly clean with the cleaning staff working tirelessly throughout the day. The food at the buffet was very good with a wide variety each and every evening. Facilities and entertainment at the hotel are brilliant and cannot be faulted. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. You will not be disappointed.

A small suggestion would perhaps be a small shop with certain basic provisions on site. Although you do have a supermarket and a garage within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

Nice hotel in quiet location

The hotel was clean, the rooms a good size and had good facilities. The pool areas were busy but it is a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach.

The hotel is in a quiet location which is a 20 min walk to bars and restaurants or a 20 min bus ride into Alcudia. The bus stop is a 1 min walk from the hotel and they run regularly and you can pay by tapping on/off with your card. The area was a bit quiet for us, but that might suit others.

Large sleeping bed, the presence of different pools, varied food, friendly staff, clean enough.

The sea view room is on the 3rd floor although the building is 5 floors so the view was not great.

Location, hospitality, facilities, pool bar, pool. Bus stop was very near to hotel. Choice of plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cycling shops, car rental shops.

Aircondtion of the bedroom was not cooling enough compared to the living room. Some of the nights, we felt the bedroom was warm.

I was surprised and impressed in the same time. I was trying to arrange low cost hotel for our Mallorca vacation, so that 3 stars were acceptable. In this case our expectations were highly crossed. Food as a dinner or breakfast was great (steak, sushi, paella, ice cream, pasta, pizza, local Spanish food, and many more) it was delicious and served as a buffet (all you can eat). Room (pool orientation)was pretty big nice and clean, better in real like on pictures. Beds were comfy. Towels were changed daily, room was clean every day. Receptionist were very kind and helpful. In this complex there are three pools, I was impressed even one of them was heated. free sunbed included. SPA is available daily after reservation we were there as a family in defined hours when kids could go in=excellent. Right now, the TOP of the hotel and the overall experience was the beach and the sea, so clean, so nice, shallow water for kids. Last but not least was one more thing which was very important during our stay in the hotel = TOP Entertainment team (Roberto, Barbara, Noelia, Pablo, Jordi ) those guys increase the level of the overall experience and the feeling from the hotel. They managed whole day with activities, discussions, night performance, they are young, smart, funny and most important they are friends, which makes them the best entertainment team in the world :) Hotel was arranging sessions every evening. I mean sessions like external musicians, dancers, magicians visit the hotel, the stage and entertain guests. Me and my family was amazed from the hotel and the service. I hope that we will meet again next summer. For those who are considering Mallorca and specific location, this is my recommendation.

Great Location, Fabulous food , great for Family

The location is perfect, close to the wonderful beach with shallow water. Food is simply amazing,especially dinner. Good hotel for parents with kids. They have high chairs, plates, cutlery, mini club etc. Provided baby cot, all you need for a vacation with kids. The staff always helpful, always and respectful.

The apartment is a bit outdated however it serves its purpose. The beds could have been better, as they are squeaking and sliding constantly.

Everything. I've been here before, so I knew exactly what I was getting and it did not disappoint. The place is perfect for a weekend stay or for a longer holiday. It can serve as a great stay-in place or as a home base for exploring the island. The hotel is adjacent to a large supermarket, 20m from a beautiful beach that runs shallow a long way out (ideal for children), has a large pool area, including a heated pool, entertainment for young and old, good in-house catering and a brilliant restaurant located right next door (Hawaii). It's also close enough to the centre of Alcudia that you can walk it in 20 minutes to seek out the more lively nightlife if that is what you seek. That's not really our beat, though, and the laid back atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings is what we find most attractive. The rooms are huge and are equipped with a stove, kettle and everything you would need to dine in should you choose to cook yourselves, including plates, bowls, fridge, freezer, cutlery, etc. Coupled with the supermarket across the street, that is a luxury that we greatly appreciate as we try to maintain a relatively normal diet to the one we keep at home. The staff are accommodating, polite, professional and friendly. Full marks to the staff, particularly Olga who was quick to help when we encountered a slight discomfort that was of no fault of the hotel or its staff. We look forward to our next visit to Alcudia and Ivory Playa as it has quickly become a family favorite.

There is really nothing to write here. The only slight discomfort we had with our stay was down to something that is entirely common in warm places near water. Again, Olga and the rest of the staff were quick to help out and assisted in helping us change rooms. It's more of a positive than something we "didn't like" in that the staff were so readily willing to help out to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Cheers!

Overall good price-quality ratio. Staff always smiling, helpful and available around.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options and on the weekend mornings - mimosas :-). You can eat inside or outside on the fresh air. Staff always around and helpful.

Drinks should be included in the dinner within the HB option.
